You don't need to be a verified VIP tier to start earning the Newcomer 2% rate; your rate climbs automatically as your turnover hits each threshold.

How is 'net loss' actually calculated?

Net loss is total real-money wagered minus total returned for the Sun 00:00 – Sat 23:59 UTC week. Bonus turnover (free spins, deposit-bonus rounds), voided bets, and fully refunded rounds are all excluded before your rate is applied. The figure shown on your weekly statement already reflects those exclusions, so you can plug it in directly.

Why is the rate the same across Bronze I, II and III?

Cashback rates depend on the band, not the I / II / III rank inside it. The sub-ranks change when your next upgrade bonus unlocks — they don't change the weekly rate. Climbing from Bronze III to Silver I takes you from 3% to 4%; that's where the next jump in cashback comes from.

What does the 1× rollover actually mean?

Rollover (also called 'wagering requirement') is the amount you have to wager before withdrawing the cashback. At 1× the cashback amount, you simply have to play the cashback through once — a $50 cashback needs $50 of wagering to clear. That's the lightest rollover on XYES; welcome and weekly bonuses on competing sites typically run 30× to 40×.

What happens if I have a profitable week?
