Before You Promote
Quick answer
Approval comes before promotion
This guide explains the public baseline for affiliates. It is not permission to market in a particular country, use a particular offer or publish a tracking link. Confirm your channel, market, materials and offer with the partnership team before you go live.
Use only approved markets, channels, tracking links, offers and creatives.
State material promotion conditions clearly; do not promise income or misrepresent eligibility.
Keep gambling marketing age-appropriate and do not target restricted markets.
An approved written partnership agreement controls partner-specific conditions.

Use the right request at the right stage
A partner application and a campaign approval are different requests. Keeping them separate helps the partnership team review the right information and prevents a new campaign from being launched on an old approval.
New to XYES
First submit a partner application
Use the application page to prepare your channel, audience, market and traffic details. A Telegram conversation does not approve promotion by itself.

Request approval before a new campaign
Use this request when you add or change a market, language, channel, offer, landing page, tracking route or creative. Copy the template, then send it to @xyes88.

Approval and promotion channels
An approved partner must still obtain approval for the way a campaign is run. Approval for one market, language, product or channel does not automatically apply to another.
Channels that require approval
SEO, editorial content, community activity, creator content and paid media may be considered after review. Explain where the audience comes from and where the promotion will appear.
Tracking and destination
Use only the tracking route and landing destination supplied or approved for your partnership. Do not conceal a destination or send users through deceptive redirects.
Market and language
Confirm the intended market, language, product and offer before publication. A Traditional Chinese page is a communication format, not automatic market approval.
Material changes
Ask for fresh approval before materially changing a domain, channel, target market, traffic method, offer or creative.
Offers, brand assets and disclosures
Affiliate content must help a user understand the offer rather than create a false impression of eligibility, value or risk.
Current offer copy
Use the current approved promotion copy and include material conditions such as eligibility, wagering or expiry where they apply. Remove expired offers promptly.
Brand representation
Use approved XYES names, logos and creatives only. Do not imply that an unofficial page, account or person is XYES.
Clear commercial disclosure
Where a channel requires it, disclose the commercial relationship clearly and place the disclosure where the audience can reasonably see it.
No unverified claims
Do not publish invented odds, payment speeds, market access, bonus value, approval likelihood or income claims.
Restricted and prohibited activity
The partnership team will not approve activity that creates a compliance, consumer-protection or brand-integrity risk.
Audience and market risk
Do not target underage people, use age-inappropriate placements or promote in a restricted market. Do not suggest gambling solves financial problems.
Misleading acquisition
Do not use fake urgency, hidden material conditions, misleading bonus claims, guaranteed-income claims, impersonation, spam or deceptive redirects.
Unapproved distribution
Do not create sub-affiliate arrangements, use purchased or incentivised traffic, send direct messages, email or SMS campaigns, or run paid-search activity unless specifically approved.
Abuse and evasion
Do not create multiple identities, fabricate traffic, bypass review or continue a campaign after it has been paused or declined.
If an approved campaign changes market, language, channel, offer, landing page or creative, pause it first. Then request a correction or re-review through @xyes88.
Review, corrections and updates
Good partnerships stay accurate after launch. Partners are expected to correct outdated content and cooperate when the team requests a review.
Content review
Keep the approved landing page, tracking link, market and offer information available for review. The team may ask for a correction, pause or removal.
Report a concern
If an offer, link or condition changes, pause the affected promotion and contact @xyes88 with the channel, market and affected URL or post.
Public standard updates
This guideline may be updated with a new version and effective date. Check the Affiliate Terms and current campaign instructions before making a commercial assumption.
No approval guarantee
Following this guide does not guarantee an application, market, campaign or payment approval. The approved agreement and written campaign approval apply.
Questions Partners Ask
Q1When may I start promoting XYES as an affiliate?
Start only after the partnership team has approved your market, channel, tracking route, creative and offer. An application or Telegram conversation is not approval to promote.
Q2Can I use SEO, a community or paid media?
SEO, editorial content, communities and approved media activity may be considered. Each route must be approved and must accurately describe the current offer and material conditions.
Q3Can I use the XYES name, logo or bonus copy?
Use only approved brand assets, tracking links and current offer copy. Do not impersonate XYES, create misleading lookalike pages or publish expired promotion terms.
Q4What promotion methods are not accepted?
Spam, underage targeting, promotion in restricted markets, misleading bonus claims, guaranteed-income claims, deceptive redirects, undisclosed incentives and unapproved sub-affiliate activity are not accepted.
Q5Where can I check settlement and payment rules?
Read the Affiliate Terms for the public NGR, carryover, payment and dispute standard. Your approved written partnership agreement confirms any partner-specific condition.
Continue with the information needed to apply and promote responsibly:
Apply first, then request approval to promote
First complete the partner application. After your partnership is approved, request campaign approval before you use a new market, channel, offer, landing page or creative.
