Versioned program terms
This public standard applies to the XYES Affiliate Partner Program. It sets the program baseline; an approved written partnership agreement identifies any partner-specific conditions.

Before you apply
Four points to check first
- Settlement is assessed by calendar month.
- Online Casino and Sportsbook are calculated separately.
- Negative NGR carries only within the same product.
- Markets, channels and offers require approval before promotion.
Revenue Share and monthly NGR
Online Casino and Sportsbook are separate monthly product calculations. Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) is assessed after applicable deductions for that product.

Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) − applicable deductions = Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
The monthly Revenue Share rate applies to qualifying NGR for the relevant product. It is not a forecast or guarantee of earnings.

Applicable deductions
NGR is Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) less applicable game or supplier costs, deposit and withdrawal processing costs, promotional costs, chargebacks, refunds, confirmed fraud or abuse adjustments, and applicable tax or regulatory costs.
Launch rate
New approved partners receive a 50% Revenue Share rate for two full calendar months starting on the first day of the calendar month after the partnership begins.
Reporting
A monthly statement shows product, GGR, applicable adjustments, monthly NGR, opening carry balance, qualifying NGR, rate, payable commission and payment status.
Negative carryover, High Roller and adjustments
Negative balances are handled transparently by product. A normal negative result is not silently mixed with unrelated product income.
Normal carryover
A negative monthly NGR balance carries into the next calendar month within the same product calculation. Online Casino and Sportsbook balances do not offset one another.
High Roller review
A single referred player with negative monthly NGR of USD 10,000 or more may be reviewed as a High Roller. If applied, that player's balance is tracked separately and only offsets that player's later positive NGR.
Fraud and chargebacks
Confirmed fraud, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, chargebacks and refunds are recorded as separate statement adjustments rather than ordinary negative carryover.
No player data disclosure
Statements provide audit-friendly totals and adjustment reasons, but do not disclose personal player information.
Promotion and market standards
Partners must use clear, age-appropriate and approved marketing. Market availability depends on applicable law and written approval.
Allowed only after approval
Use only approved tracking links, creatives, offers and markets. SEO, editorial content, communities and approved media activity must accurately represent the current offer.
Prohibited conduct
Do not target underage people or restricted markets, use misleading bonus claims, guarantee income, impersonate XYES, send spam, create deceptive redirects or operate multiple identities.
Responsible promotion
Do not omit material promotion conditions. Do not encourage excessive gambling or suggest gambling is a solution to financial problems.
Market matrix
The partnership team confirms each approved language, product, market and promotion channel. Approval for one market does not automatically approve another.
Application, verification and changes
Telegram starts an application; it does not replace a signed agreement or a partner record.
Official route
Apply only through @xyes88 and send “Affiliate Application” with your channel, audience market, promotion method and traffic or community range.
Verification
The team may request information needed to assess traffic sources, market eligibility, identity or payout details before activation or payment.
Statement dispute
Raise a statement query within 10 calendar days of publication. Provide the affected month, product and relevant statement line so the team can review it.
Changes
Material changes to this public program standard are published with a new version, effective date and at least seven days' notice where practicable.

Frequently asked questions
Q1What costs can be deducted from NGR?
Applicable game or supplier costs, payment processing, promotional costs, chargebacks, refunds, confirmed fraud or abuse adjustments, and applicable tax or regulatory costs can be deducted. The approved partnership agreement confirms the applicable method.
Q2Do Casino and Sportsbook results combine?
No. Online Casino and Sportsbook are separate product calculations. One product does not lift the other's tier or offset its negative balance.
Q3What happens to a negative monthly NGR balance?
It carries into the next calendar month within the same product calculation. A High Roller review may isolate an eligible single player's balance.
Q4When are approved commissions paid?
Payment instructions for approved commissions are scheduled for release by the 20th of the following month, subject to the stated review process and minimum payment threshold.
Q5Can I promote in every market?
No. Each market, language, product, offer and channel requires applicable-law and partnership-team approval.
Q6Does this page guarantee a partnership or earnings?
No. Applications are reviewed individually. A written approved partnership agreement controls the specific relationship and this standard does not guarantee approval, earnings or universal availability.
