Find the transaction hash in the system that sent the funds
A wallet normally shows a hash after broadcast. An exchange may show an internal withdrawal reference first and add the blockchain TXID later.
Copy the TXID from the wallet, exchange withdrawal record or platform withdrawal history. Do not confuse it with an account order number, ticket ID or deposit address.
A blockchain explorer can only find a transaction that has been broadcast to that network. Searching the wrong network, or pasting an internal order number, produces a misleading 'not found' result.
A TXID is public transaction data, not a private key
It is still sensible to share it only where needed. Never publish account details with it, and never provide a seed phrase, private key or one-time login code.

Pending, confirmed and failed describe different problems
Read the explorer for the network actually used. The same word can be displayed differently by wallets, so focus on whether the transaction is included, final and successful.

Protocol note: an explorer reports public network data. A platform label such as Processing or Sent is a separate account record and does not prove broadcast without a TXID.
Decision 3
Deposit and withdrawal delays start with different owners
For a deposit, your wallet or exchange is the sender and the casino or sportsbook is the receiver. For a withdrawal, the platform is the sender and your wallet or exchange is the receiver.
A deposit with no TXID belongs first to the external wallet or exchange. A withdrawal with no TXID belongs first to the platform processing the payout. Once the TXID exists, the blockchain becomes the shared evidence layer.
After on-chain success, the receiving side controls account credit. That may be the casino account for a deposit or the exchange account for a withdrawal.
On-chain success
Confirmed on-chain but not credited usually needs a receiving-side check
A successful explorer result proves that the network moved funds to the recorded destination. It does not prove that the receiving platform identified the account or accepted the amount.
Do not send another transfer to 'wake up' the first one. Give the receiver one complete evidence pack so it can check address ownership, minimums and internal crediting.
- Was the asset and network supported by the receiving platform?
- Did the destination require a memo, tag or payment ID?
- Did the amount arriving after fees meet the receiving minimum?
- Does the destination address match the account's current instruction?
- Does the receiving platform show a pending deposit or review entry?
Not broadcast
A withdrawal marked approved can still have no blockchain TXID
Platform labels such as approved, processing or sent do not always mean the same thing. The TXID is the point at which a crypto payout can be independently tracked on-chain.
Ask whether the withdrawal has been broadcast and request the blockchain TXID. If the issue involves KYC, wagering requirements, an account restriction or an unexpected payment demand, move to the broader withdrawal-problem path.

Build one evidence pack around one transaction
A support team needs enough detail to locate the transfer without receiving sensitive wallet credentials.
- Deposit or withdrawal
- Asset and exact network
- Amount sent and amount expected
- TXID or a clear statement that no TXID exists
- UTC date and time
- Explorer status and confirmation count
- Receiving address tail and any memo or tag
- Sender record and receiving account history

Use the sending wallet or platform history, the correct blockchain explorer and the XYES cashier or account history. The three records should describe the same asset, network, amount and destination.
This page does not promise an XYES credit or review time. If the chain is successful but the account is not credited, contact official support with the evidence pack and ask for written confirmation of the current status.
Do not pay to unlock a missing transfer
A request for a new deposit, tax, insurance or recovery charge should be treated as a separate platform-safety warning and reviewed before any payment.
Crypto pending and missing-credit questions
What does it mean if a crypto withdrawal has no TXID?
It usually means the platform has not yet provided evidence that the payout was broadcast to the blockchain.
- Check whether the platform status is only approved or processing.
- Ask for the blockchain transaction hash.
- Use wider withdrawal triage if KYC, wagering or an account review is blocking the payout.
Why is a crypto transaction confirmed but not credited?
The blockchain can complete before the receiving platform matches the transfer to an account.
- Check network support, destination, memo or tag and receiving minimum.
- Save the TXID and receiving account history.
- Ask the receiving platform to review one complete evidence pack.
How many confirmations does a crypto deposit need?
The required number depends on the network and receiving platform, so there is no permanent universal number.
- Read the current receiving-platform instruction.
- Use the correct explorer to see the current confirmation count.
- Do not convert an old support estimate into a guarantee.
Is it safe to share a TXID with support?
A TXID is public blockchain data and is normally needed to investigate a transfer, but it should be shared through the official support channel.
- Do not attach unrelated account or identity details publicly.
- Never share a seed phrase, private key or login code.
- Confirm that the support channel is official before sending screenshots.
Should I resend if the first crypto deposit is pending?
No. Resolve the first transfer before sending another amount to the same destination.
- Find the TXID and check the correct explorer.
- Verify the network, amount, minimum and memo.
- A second transfer can create a second problem without fixing the first.
